The speed range of your DSL service is based on the distance between your home/office and the DSL-equipped Central Office or Gateway, as well as the condition of your line. The actual speed achieved will vary due to factors such as Internet congestion and wiring inside your home/office. There's no guarantee that you will achieve the maximum speed in the speed range.
Once your DSL service is working, we ask that you keep your modem/router on for 10 consecutive days while we optimize your service to provide you with the best possible connection speed for your line.
