Important: You may experience problems utilizing Online Chat if Internet Explorer Service Pack 2 is installed on your computer. See the steps below to verify the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer. If SP2 is installed, see How do I stop pop-up blocker from blocking AT&T Yahoo! Online Chat? 1. Open an Internet Explorer Browser window. 2. From the Help menu, select About Internet Explorer. 3. In the About Internet Explorer window, check the Version: field. Note: If you have version 6.x, continue to read the Update Versions: area. If SP2 is listed, Internet Explorer has Service Pack 2 installed.
