Go to the Comcast.net homepage and click on Sign In in the top left corner of the page.
If you have lost or do not know your Comcast.net username or email address, click http://help.comcast.net/content/faq/What-should-I-do-if-I-lost-my-Comcast-net-username to learn how to retrieve it.
If you have lost your Comcast.net password, please click https://acctmgt.comcast.net/Comcast/AcctMgt/forgotpwd.cmd to use the password reset tool. After successfully answering your Secret Question, you will be able to reset your password.
If you have lost or forgotten the password to one of your Secondary accounts, you can sign in to My Account with your Primary account, and reset any of your secondary account passwords.
