What should I do if I lost my Comcast.net username?

Forgot or do not know your Comcast.net username?
1. with a live chat representative
2. Before your chat session begins, you will have to fill out a form, which includes your email address. You may enter any email address (does not have to be a Comcast address)
3. Once the chat session begins, let the chat representative know that you do not know or have lost your Comcast.net username
*Please be prepared to verify your account information in order for the agent to be able to retrieve your username.

Forgot your password?
1. Click here - https://acctmgt.comcast.net/Comcast/AcctMgt/forgotpwd.cmd
2. Enter your username (your Comcast email address) in the Forgot Your Password section of Membership
3. Enter the Security Code shown in the picture box above the security code field and click Next.
After successfully answering your reminder question you will be allowed to create a new password.
