Hello, Facing problem with Dllhost.exe? Here is solution for you. When you use Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 to gain access to data from an OLE DB provider, if the provider is configured to run out-of-process Dllhost.exe shutdown may prematurely stop the thread running the OLE DB provider, which never returns a call from SQL Server. This causes SQL Server to wait indefinitely. To resolve you need to install latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0.
