I have some having problems with my ADSL. Between the hours of 5pm & 10pm my ping increases to between 250mm 350mm to my games server in New York. My ping through the day is only 150mm to my server. I have complained everyday since the 10th Feb 2005. They have asked me to do 4 Tracert (Ping) Test a day and send them to there Tech Help Dept. Surely they should have a reasonable explanation or have solved my problem by now. I am very frustrated over this problem as there is no feedback. I may have to terminate my contract as my only solution. Would like to here of similar probs. Any else know how to solve this? JohnnyJeck
