~5e.exe Problem? How to fix ~5e.exe error

Hi all,

I visited number of fourms to fix  ~5e.exe error but i never successed. I think this forum will help me to fix  ~5e.exe problem. My computer is infected with some spyware or maleware that make computer work slow and sometimes it shutdown automatically. This is really frustrating me.
